An identification is counted when ClearView successfully matches a website visitor to a person in our identity graph and returns their contact information. Anonymous visits that cannot be matched do not count toward your limit.

Our identity graph is built from a data co-op of 50+ ethically sourced, first-party data providers. This gives us 254M+ Universal Person records and 288M+ IP-to-identity mappings, all processed locally with zero external API calls.

Yes. Our upstream identity-graph provider maintains an industry-wide email opt-out list and excludes those individuals from the records they ship to us — they never enter ClearView's data set in the first place. Individuals can also request removal by contacting support; we propagate the request upstream so it persists across all participating products.
