White Label & Partners

Rebrand ClearView as your own and manage partner sub-accounts

ClearView's white-label program lets agencies, resellers, and technology partners offer visitor identification under their own brand. Customize the dashboard, emails, login page, and documentation with your logo, colors, and support contact. Pair it with a custom domain so your clients never see the ClearView name.

Custom Domain Setup

A custom domain lets you serve the ClearView dashboard from a subdomain you own, such as app.yourbrand.com. Your clients will access the dashboard at your domain and never see the ClearView URL. SSL is provisioned automatically via Let's Encrypt.

1

Choose your subdomain

Select the subdomain you want to use (e.g., app.yourbrand.com, dashboard.yourbrand.com, or id.youragency.com). We recommend a subdomain rather than a root domain for easier DNS management.

2

Add a CNAME record

Log in to your DNS provider (Cloudflare, Route 53, GoDaddy, etc.) and create a CNAME record pointing your chosen subdomain to whitelabel.democlearview.com. If you use Cloudflare, disable the proxy (orange cloud) during verification.

3

Enter the domain in ClearView

Go to Settings > White Label > Custom Domain and enter your full subdomain (e.g., app.yourbrand.com). Click "Verify Domain" to initiate DNS verification.

4

Wait for DNS propagation

ClearView will check for the CNAME record every 60 seconds. Most DNS providers propagate within 5-15 minutes, but some can take up to 48 hours. You will see a green checkmark once verification succeeds.

5

SSL provisioning

After DNS verification, ClearView automatically provisions an SSL certificate for your domain. This takes 2-5 minutes. Once complete, your custom domain is live and all traffic is encrypted via HTTPS.

6

Test the domain

Open your custom domain in a browser. You should see the ClearView login page with your branding (logo, colors, product name). Log in to confirm the dashboard loads correctly under your domain.

DNS Propagation Time

DNS changes can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 48 hours to propagate globally. If verification fails on the first attempt, wait 30 minutes and try again. Do not delete and re-create the CNAME record during this window – it will reset the propagation timer. If verification still fails after 48 hours, check for typos in the CNAME target or contact your DNS provider.

Partner Plans & Schedule A Pricing

ClearView's partner program is designed for agencies, consultancies, and technology companies that want to resell visitor identification to their clients. Partners receive wholesale pricing through a Schedule A addendum to the standard agreement.

Volume-based discounts

Partner pricing is tiered by total identified companies across all sub-accounts. The more clients you onboard, the lower your per-company cost. Tiers start at 1,000 identifications per month and scale to 100,000+.

Flexible billing

Choose between a single consolidated invoice for all sub-accounts or per-sub-account billing. Consolidated billing simplifies your accounting; per-account billing lets you pass costs directly to clients.

Margin control

You set your own resale price. ClearView does not dictate what you charge your clients. The difference between your wholesale cost and your resale price is your margin.

Dedicated partner support

Partners receive a dedicated Slack channel and a named account manager. Technical onboarding, co-selling support, and quarterly business reviews are included at no extra cost.

Co-marketing opportunities

Eligible partners can be listed in the ClearView partner directory, participate in joint webinars, and receive co-branded case studies to help drive new business.

Sub-Account Management

Partners manage their clients through sub-accounts. Each sub-account is a fully isolated ClearView team with its own data, users, and settings – but provisioned and billed through your partner dashboard.

Sub-account capabilities

1

Create new sub-accounts from the Partner Dashboard. Each sub-account gets its own site key, tracking script, and data store. Data is never shared between sub-accounts.

2

Invite your client's team members directly to their sub-account. They log in through your white-labeled domain and see your branding, not ClearView's.

3

As a partner, you have admin-level access to all sub-accounts. This lets you install tracking scripts, configure integrations, and provide hands-on support without asking clients for credentials.

4

Usage metrics across all sub-accounts are aggregated in the Partner Dashboard. Monitor identification volume, active sites, and month-over-month growth for each client.

5

Suspend or deactivate sub-accounts at any time. Suspended accounts retain their data but stop tracking new visitors and lose dashboard access until reactivated.

White-Label Emails

All system emails – invitations, alerts, digests, and export notifications – are fully white-labeled when configured. To enable white-label emails, you need to verify your sending domain with SPF and DKIM records.

Required DNS records for email
dns
# SPF record – add to your domain's existing SPF
v=spf1 include:_spf.democlearview.com ~all
# DKIM record – create a new TXT record
Host: clearview._domainkey.yourbrand.com
Value: v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=MIGfMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBAQUA...
# DMARC record (recommended)
Host: _dmarc.yourbrand.com
Value: v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:dmarc@yourbrand.com

Once DNS records are verified, all emails will be sent from your custom from address (e.g., notifications@yourbrand.com) with your logo and product name. Reply-to addresses are set to your support email so client responses go directly to your inbox.

Testing White-Label Changes

Use the "Preview" button in Settings > White Label to see how the dashboard and emails look with your branding before publishing changes. The preview opens in a new tab and does not affect your live configuration until you click "Publish". We recommend sending a test alert email to yourself to verify formatting and sender identity.

Becoming a Partner

To apply for the partner program, visit democlearview.com/partners or contact your account manager. The application process includes a brief call to understand your use case, after which you will receive your Schedule A pricing and access to the Partner Dashboard within two business days.
