Overview
The HubSpot integration will automatically sync identified companies and leads from ClearView into your HubSpot CRM. When ClearView identifies a company visiting your website or a lead reaches a hot score, corresponding Contacts and Companies will be created or updated in HubSpot. This gives your sales team real-time visibility into buyer intent directly within the tools they already use.
What Gets Synced
Once connected, the following data will be pushed from ClearView to HubSpot:
- Company name and domain
- Industry classification
- Company size / employee range
- Lead score and intent signals
- First and last seen timestamps
- Page views and session data (as activity notes)
Supported Events
| Event | Description |
|---|---|
| company.identified | Fires when ClearView identifies a new company visiting your site. Creates or updates a Company and Contact in HubSpot. |
| lead.hot | Fires when a lead reaches the hot threshold. Updates the Contact's lead status and adds a timeline event in HubSpot. |
| lead.score_changed | Fires when a lead's score changes. Updates the lead score property on the corresponding HubSpot Contact. |
Authentication
The HubSpot integration will use OAuth 2.0 for authentication. This means you won't need to manage API keys manually. When the integration launches, the setup process will be:
- 1Navigate to Settings > Integrations in your ClearView dashboard.
- 2Find HubSpot and click Connect.
- 3You will be redirected to HubSpot to authorize ClearView.
- 4Select the HubSpot account you want to connect.
- 5Grant the requested permissions (contacts, companies, timeline events).
- 6You will be redirected back to ClearView. The integration will be active immediately.
What Will Be Available
When the HubSpot integration launches, you will be able to:
- Automatically create HubSpot Companies from identified website visitors
- Create Contacts linked to those Companies with enrichment data
- Sync ClearView lead scores to a custom HubSpot property
- Receive HubSpot timeline events when leads change status
- Map custom ClearView fields to HubSpot properties
- Configure which events trigger syncs

The following fields will be mapped between ClearView and HubSpot:
